We recruit externally at all levels. At partner and managing consultant level, we’re looking for colleagues who can help us reach new clients and diversify our capability - whilst sustaining the quality of our client work. That means offering a strong business case for how you can help us improve and grow.
At senior and principal consultant levels, we’re looking for colleagues with demonstrable expertise and insight with respect to at least one of the sectors we support - and the proven commercial acumen required to work in a dynamic consulting environment. At this level, you’ll be playing a leading role in client engagements - and must be comfortable doing so from the outset.
We love bringing emerging talent into the firm - and take great pride in the breadth and pace of development that we offer. At junior and consultant levels, we’re looking for colleagues with a genuine interest in public services - and the intellect, energy, and ambition required to succeed in our environment.
